It was reported by The Globe and Mail, Former Enron CFO speaks of convictions and offers business advice around what boards could do the manage and prevent falling into the same unethical and risky ground of that of Enron.

Andrew Fastow, the former chief financial officer of Enron Corp, stated that the one way to start changing an entrenched culture is to have either a director on the board, or a hired adviser to the board, whose role is to question and challenge decisions.
